  • In what ways and how securely can I pay for my order?

    At Via2Shop, you can pay via:

    With iDEAL, you can pay for your online purchases securely, safely and easily via online banking. To use iDEAL, you do not need to register, download any files or create an account. If you use online banking at ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, ING, Rabobank, Friesland Bank, Triodos Bank, Van Lanschot Bankiers, Knab or SNS (Regio)Bank, you can pay with iDEAL. Payment is quick and easy in the familiar payment environment of your own bank.

    Credit card: Visa and MasterCard

    At Via2Shop, it is also possible to pay via MasterCard or Visa Card.
    These payments are made through a secure connection which protects the data from third-party access.
    There are no additional charges for paying by credit card.

    Maestro

    Maestro is a payment brand of MasterCard Worldwide. MasterCard is a global payments and technology company. MasterCard operates the world's fastest payment processing network, connecting consumers, financial institutions, businesses and governments worldwide.

    All payments are made in cooperation with our payment provider Mollie.

    Klarna (Afterpay)

    Klarna (AfterPay) carries out the entire post-payment process for Via2Shop. This means that you will receive a digital invoice from AfterPay via e-mail to pay for the purchased product(s) within 14 days.

    Bancontact

    Bancontact is a bank payment method from and for Belgium, with which your customers pay via their own familiar banking environment. You can think of Bancontact as Belgium's iDEAL. It is a very popular payment method and therefore very suitable for every entrepreneur with customers in Belgium.

  • How can I place an order with Via2Shop?

    Placing an order with Via2Shop is quick and easy. This is how you place an order:

    Place an item in your shopping basket by selecting a size/colour/type if necessary and click on the big blue "Order Basket" button
    Continue shopping, or click the "View Basket" button to complete the order.
    On the overview page of your shopping basket, you can review the order again and then click the "proceed to checkout" button.
    On the "checkout" page, enter your details and the desired payment method, then click the "place order" button. Please be aware that this order implies an obligation to pay.
    Once the payment has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us summarising your placed order.

  • When can I expect my order?

    Once the order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with all the details. As soon as we have received payment and all products are in stock, we will dispatch. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. If an article is unexpectedly out of stock, or has a longer delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.

  • How will my order be delivered?

    PostNL will arrange shipping on our behalf. If nobody is at home at the time, PostNL will offer the parcel the next day. When the parcel cannot be delivered for the second time, you will receive a notification from PostNL stating where the parcel can be collected, which is often the nearest post office. So you do not have to stay home especially for the parcel.

  • How much are shipping costs within the Netherlands?

    Shipping costs are free if the order amount exceeds €50. If it is lower than €50, we will charge €5.95 for shipping costs

  • Do I have a warranty?

    All our products carry the manufacturer's warranty. This means that a product that has been used properly and shows a defect will be treated as a complaint by us. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

    If in doubt about a complaint, you can always email or call us. We will often be able to answer it by then.

  • Can I try or come and see the product?

    Yes, it is possible to come and see or try on some products at our premises in Vianen or Budel. However, we only do this by appointment. Mail us about availability and opportunity.

  • How to prevent rust on my E-Bike

    Rusting:
    We understand that this is very unattractive.
    Unsightly corrosion can occur quickly due to dirt and moisture, especially in hard-to-reach places, Therefore, rust development is a maintenance problem in the most common cases.

    Here are a few tips, including WD40:
    First of all, the bike must be cleared of all dirt to reveal its size.
    Preferably use a special brush or a little warm water with washing-up liquid.
    You can use a sponge or a spray brush to scrub. Cleaning with a pressure washer is not recommended. Afterwards, rinse well and then rub your bike dry.
    Now you can see exactly which positions are affected and how far the process has progressed. Minor surface rust is no reason to panic; it is easy to remove. For this, the affected areas are sprayed with oil, e.g. WD40.
    This should work for about 24 hours. After that, the rust should soften and is easy to remove with a cloth. Rust protection can be applied afterwards and at regular intervals in the future.
    There are special polishes that act as a protective film.
    As a second step, rust converter should be applied to the treated areas.

  • Can I come and test ride an E-Bike?

    Yes you certainly can, we have the BohltE folding bikes in Vianen where a test ride can be taken. We have the NCM E-Bikes in Budel.
    However, you need to make an appointment with us first.

  • Can I return the E-Bike?

    Returning your order can be done within 14 days from the day the order is delivered.
    Please note that you are only liable for the depreciation of the products resulting from the use of the products if you have used the product more (intensively) than necessary to test it properly. We understand that you want to have a good look at the purchase first and also test it out briefly. It is important to know what we mean by brief testing, to avoid misunderstandings. To evaluate an E-Bike it is not necessary to cycle more than 3 kilometres. If you do, we may charge you for any depreciation. Also if you return the product incomplete, damaged and not clean, a write-off may be charged. By complete we mean including all parts that belong to the bicycle, such as the battery charger and the second bicycle key.

    The costs of return shipment are the responsibility of the consumer and must be arranged by you. We would like to receive the Track and Trace number from you so that we can then arrange for it to be received.
    If you have received the wrong item or a package has been damaged during shipping please contact us as soon as possible.
    We will refund the total amount to your account as soon as possible, but always within 14 days of the dissolution of the agreement. We aim to process your return within 3 working days after receipt. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when this is the case.

  • How much depreciation can be charged if I want to return the E-Bike?

    Did you ride the bike around or did it accidentally get damaged while you had it in the house? Then we can no longer sell it for new price if you return it to us.

    Have you ridden more than 3 kilometres on the bike? Then we use a depreciation starting at 25% as a guideline. This is the reduction in value of the bike due to the amount of use and/or damage. Based on the amount of damage, we determine whether an additional depreciation is calculated.

    The amount of this depreciation is determined by an expert mechanic. The amount depends on the number of kilometres driven on the bike and/or the amount of damage. Once the bike is back in our warehouse, the expert inspects it from top to toe to make a good estimate of its depreciation. If any parts are missing, e.g. keys, this will be included in the depreciation.

  • How can I return another product?

    Returning your order can be done within 14 days from the day the order is delivered.
    Always return the item(s) properly packaged (if reasonably possible in the original packaging)
    When returning the item(s), always complete and attach the return slip provided.
    We cannot take back worn or damaged items. Price tags and item tags may not be removed from the item.

  • Is the Webshop properly secured?

    We use a secure connection the moment you access our checkout system. You can see from the lock icon in the browser screen that all data is sent encrypted via a secure connection.
    So this way, your data always remains protected.

  • You have a complaint?

    It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about our products and/or services. We would like to help you further and provide a desired solution. You can mail to:

    Our complaints staff will review the complaint and try to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction.

    After receiving your complaint, we will send you an acknowledgement.
    We will reply to your complaint within 14 days of receipt, should it take longer, we will notify you.
    Should you not appreciate this, you can also always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk, of which we are a member.

    From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for EU consumers to file complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at (http://ec.europa.eu/odr .) If the complaint is not already pending elsewhere, you are free to file the complaint through the European Union platform.
